Been pretty busy of late. I am starting a two week gospel mission with Rev. Larry Power in Doohat Mission Hall in Co. Monaghan on the Lord's Day. So evangelistic outreach in the past week took me to this border region of the Republic of Ireland. Along with the invite to the meetings, we gave each home visited a 2016 calander also with a tractor scene (it is a rural area) and good solid gospel verse for each month.
Was in Enniskillen today for coffee with the good wife. Picked up Fair Sunshine by Jock Purves (Banner of Truth) and The Enemy Within by Kris Lundgaard (Presbyterian and Reformed) - both paperbacks and second hand and in good condition. The former book is on the Scottish Presbyterian Covenanters, while the latter professes to be very John Owen like on the great issue of the Mortification of Sin in the Believer. A nice blend there of biography and doctrine.

Also ordered (and paid for by a good Twitter friend) the new book due out this month on The Passionate Preaching of Martyn Lloyd Jones by Steve Lawson.
Hoping to get out to John Gowan's well stocked second hand (and new) bookshop tomorrow. Leaving my 13 year son off at the Enniskillen Piping and Drumming School and then getting (DV) out to John for at least a good couple of hours. We usually get a good oul chinwag together.
I'm preaching (x2) on the Sabbath Day in Sixmilecross FPC, along with the meetings mentioned above, and also in Carrickfergus FPC midweek too. So pretty busy.
